Poet Eden Soriano Trinidad (Philippines) has just sent me poem“Kapanahunan ng mga Bulaklak na Plum” (The Season of Plum Flowers) with recitation in English, selected by herself from my poetry book “The Selected Poems of Mai Văn Phấn” (Publishing House of The Vietnam Writer’s Association, 2015) in English version by Nhat-Lang Le and Susan Blanshard to be translated into Filipino language. I would like to give my respectful thanks to Poet Eden Soriano Trinidad for having spent time and devotion on the translation for my poetry!

Kapanahunan ng mga Bulaklak na Plum

Naghihintay sa iyong pamumulaklak

Ang mga halaman sa kagubatan

Kumpol-kumpol na mapuputing bulaklak ay nag-uunahang mamukadkad.

Ako ay puno ng puting plum sa tigang at malamig na ulan ng Tagsibol,

at naging busilak sa kaputian ang aking mga bulaklak subalit may kulang.

Makapigil hininga sa kagandahan ang panahon ng pamumulaklak.

Huwag kang mag-atubiling lumakad

nangangambang magdulot ng pasakit sa kalupaan

kahit  malagas na ang maselan mong talulot.

Magkakasama ang kabundukan at mga burol

upang tulungan ang mga nagsisipamulaklak ng mga bulaklak

Malamig na simoy ng hangin ang bumabalot sa mga ito

 Nakita ko sa aking pangitain ang isang puting kabayo

Habang marahan itong lumalapit at may kapakumbabaan.

Sa tuwing paparating ang Tagsibol,

ang mga daan at kabukiran ay galak na galak

Mahal namin ang isa’t-isa at ang mga bulaklak ay nagsisipamulaklak.

Mùa hoa mận

Rừng nụ chờ em bước đến mới nở, điệp trùng hoa trắng lan nhanh.

Anh là cây mận trắng trong mưa xuân se lạnh, càng quay quắt nhớ hoa càng trắng muốt. Mắt nhìn, hơi thở rung rinh. Vầng hoa đang rụng bớt những cánh mỏng.

Mùa hoa lộng lẫy đến nghẹn thở. Em đi đừng e ngại làm đau mặt đất, dù những cánh hoa mong manh sẽ rụng.

Đồi núi úp lên nhau cho hoa nở. Hơi lạnh và gió nhẹ phủ đều. Anh hình dung con ngựa bạch đến bên em hiền từ cúi xuống.

Cứ mùa này đường đất mùa xuân, ta còn yêu nhau hoa còn nở.

The Season of Plum Flowers

The forest of buds is waiting for your approach to blossom, a multitude of white flowers unfolding rapidly.

I am a tree of white plum in the dry and cold rain of Spring, and my flowers turn whiter and whiter with poignant missing.

The season of flowers is magnificently breathless. You should not be hesitant when you walk for fear of causing pain to the earth, even if fragile petals will fall down.

Mountains and hills pile up together to help the blossoming of flowers. Cold air and breeze are enveloping. I see a vision of a white horse, as it gently approaches you and lowers itself down.

Every time Spring comes, the roads and fields are jubilant, we love each other and the flowers are in bloom.

Eden Soriano Trinidad: Quỹ Jara Nepal. Phó chủ tịch Quốc tế.

Bà yêu thích học hỏi những điều mới lạ, đạt được và hoàn thành ý nguyện bằng những nỗ lực trong cuộc sống, mang lại tác động lớn cho loài người. Đó là cống hiến của bà để thúc đấy hoà bình, hoà hợp, và hoà giải toàn cầu thông qua thơ ca.

Eden sinh ra tại tỉnh Zambales xinh đẹp ở Phi-líp-pin, nơi những trái xoài ngọt nhất có thể được tìm thấy và được ghi danh trong sách kỷ lục Guinness. Bà là giáo viên cống hiến không ngừng trong suốt những năm qua, hiện tại là Giám đốc Trường học ở phái bộ, ngôi trường vùng sâu Trung tâm Giáo dục Tưởng niệm Lucio Abrigo do bà sáng lập từ 1991. Từ tháng 6/1986 tới 12/2003, bà dẫn chương trình tình nguyện radio hàng ngày, lập trình viên và nhà sản xuất chương trình cho đài DWRF 1458 khz của công ty truyền thông Viễn Đông (FEBC) ở Amungan, Iba, Zambales, Phillipines. Chương trình radio của bà tập trung vào các vấn đề gia đình. Tháng 1 năm 2019, bà được phỏng vấn và xuất hiện trên mục Tấm gương Ấn Độ của báo Tác giả ASSAM. Bà là nhà thơ đại diện duy nhất của Phi-líp-pin, và giải thưởng Thành tựu trọn đời đã được trao cho bà tại “Ngày hội Thơ quốc tế” và “Thơ trong dòng chảy Guntur” lần thứ 12 tổ chức ở Guntur Andra Pradesh và Hyderabad, Ấn Độ vào 18 - 23/9/2019. Cuốn sách song ngữ của bà “Thiên đường trỗi dậy” đã được phát hành nhân dịp này, được dịch sang tiếng Telugu và xuất bản bởi Tiến sĩ Lanka Siva Rama Prasad. Bà đã dịch sang tiếng Tây Ban Nha tập thơ trường ca của Tiến sĩ Lanka Siva Rama Prasad, mang tựa đề “Chiếc hộp sơn son” và các bài thơ của các tác giả nước ngoài khác. Bà tuyển dịch sang tiếng Phi-líp-pin tập thơ Thiền mang tên “Tắm nắng” của thiền sư người Nepal Krisha Prasai. Cuốn sách Thiên đường trỗi dậy 2 mang tên “Bản giao hưởng của tâm hồn” bao gồm các bài thơ của bà và những người bạn thơ thân thiết của bà. Bà được Tiến sĩ Waheed Musah thuộc Tổ chức Nghệ thuật Thế giới Thân vương Hafrikan (HPAW) cử làm Đại sứ Nhân quyền 2019. Ngày 29/9/2018, bà là một trong những người phát biểu chủ chốt của Hội nghị Nhân quyền quốc tế diễn ra tại Đại học Ghana, Accra, Ghana ở châu Phi. Eden còn nhận bằng quốc tế danh dự của Viện Hoà bình (WIP) với danh hiệu “Biểu tượng thế giới về hòa bình & Hình mẫu của sự trung thực, PC 2019. Bà là Chủ tịch của tổ chức “Thúc đẩy trẻ em toàn cầu Kiwanis, quận Phillipine Luzon, đơn vị 2B1” tọa lạc ở San Agustin Iba, Zambales với châm ngôn toàn cầu “Phụng sự trẻ em toàn thế giới”. Thứ Bảy hoặc Chủ nhật hàng tuần, các bài thơ của bà được dịch sang tiếng Tây Ban Nha, được đọc và phát thanh bởi nữ nhà thơ, dẫn chương trình truyền thanh Leticia Guzman, Felipe de Jesus A. Vào ngày 29/9/2018, bà được nhận huân chương Giải thưởng Nhà thơ thế giới PENTASI B, được trao bởi nhà sáng lập Pentasi B và Cha đẻ Thơ ca Trực quan, Tiến sĩ Penpen Bugtong Takipsilim tại Hội nghị Nhân quyền Thế giới tại Đại học Ghana, Accra, Ghana, châu Phi. Biography of Eden Soriano Trinidad

She loves learning new things, achieving and accomplishing great endeavors in life that will bring great impact to humanity as a whole. It is her advocacy to promote peace, harmony, and global healing through poetry.

Eden was born in the beautiful province of Zambales, the Philippines where the sweetest mangoes can be found and that is recorded in the World Guinness book of records. She has been a Professional License, an overly dedicated Teacher for many years, and currently the School Director of an outreach and mission school Lucio Abrigo Memorial Learning Center, Inc. which she pioneered and helped established since 1991. From June 1986 to December 2003, she served as Radio Licensed volunteer daily radio host, programmer, program producer over radio DWRF 1458 khz of Far East Broadcasting Company (FEBC) in Amungan, Iba, Zambales, Philippines.  Her radio program focused on family matters. On November 1, 2019 she has been interviewed and featured in ASSAM Writer's Mirror India. She is the only Filipino Poet Representative and A Lifetime Achievement Award has been bestowed upon her on the 12th Guntur International Poetry Festival and Poetry on Wheels held in Guntur Andra Pradesh and Hyderabad, India September 18-23, 2019. Her Eden Blooms, a bilingual book has been released on this occasion, translated and published by Dr. Lanka Siva Rama Prasad. She translated in the Filipino Language an epic poetry book of Dr. Lanka Siva Rama Prasad, titled The Casket of Vermillion”, and poems of other foreign poets. She was also chosen to translate in Filipino Language the Zen poetry book titled Sun Shower by Zen master Krisha Prasai of Nepal. Her Eden Blooms 2 titled” Symphony of Souls” is composed of her poems and her very closed poet friends compositions. She is an appointed AMBASSADOR of HUMANITY 2019 by the Hafrikan Prince Art World (HPAW) Dr. Waheed Musah. On September 29, 2018, she was one of the top speaker for the International Humanitarian Conference held in the University of Ghana, Accra, Ghana Africa. An International Honorary Awardee of World Institute of Peace (WIP) as WORLD ICON OF PEACE & PROTOTYPE OF CANDOR, PC 2019. She is the PRESIDENT of “KIWANIS GLOBAL CHILDREN EMPOWERMENT”, PHILIPPINE LUZON DISTRICT, DIVISION 2B1” located in San Agustin Iba, Zambales with International Motto “Serving the children of the World”. Every Saturday or Sunday her poems are being translated in Spanish, recited and aired by poetess radio hosts Leticia Guzman, Felipe de Jesus A. Hernandez or by herself over Internet Radio in Mexico Vision Universal Radio program VOCES Y PLUMAS DE UNAMOS AL MUNDO CON LA POESIA both in English and Spanish Languages. Ang Talambuhay Ni Mai Văn Phấn

Ang makatang si Mai Văn Phấn ay isang Vietnamita na ipinanganak taong 1955 sa Ninh Binh, Red Delta sa may Hilagang Vietnam. Kasalukuyan siyang namumuhay ngayon, nakatira at lumilikha ng kanyang mga tula sa lunsod ng Hải Phòng. Siya ay nagkamit ng hindi mabilang na mga parangal mula sa kanyang bansang Vietnam at mga Pandaigdigang Panitikan, kagaya ng Samahan ng mga Vietnamitang Manunulat sa taong 2010, ang Premyo ng Panitikang Cikada sa bansang Sweden noong taong 2017, at ang parangal mula sa Akademya ng Agham at Sining ng Serbiya taong 2019. Nakapaglathala din siya ng may labing -anim (16) na aklat ng mga Tula at isang aklat na pinamagatang Mga Kritikal na Sanaysay “Critiques” – Essays” sa bansang Vietnam.  May labing -walong (18) aklat ng mga tula na kanyang isinulat ang nailathala sa iba’t-ibang bansa at sa Network ng pamamahagi ng mga aklat ng Amazon. Ang mga obra o likhang tula ng makatang si Mai Văn Phấn ay isinalin rin sa may tatlumpong (30) Wika ng iba’t ibang bansa sa buong mundo.
