ऋतुओं के बीच रात

 

गहरी नींद में

लगभग सुबह के वक़्त मुझे

नजदीक लेटी ग्रीष्म ऋतु की भी सुध नही रही

 

 

 

 

Night Between Seasons

 

Almost morning

In deep sleep I was not aware

Of lying next to summer

 

 

 

 

आज सुबह

 

मैं कैलेंडर का पन्ना पलटना भूल गया

पानी के पैन ने

उबालने में कुछ ज्यादा वक़्त लिया

 

 

 

 

This Morning

 

I forget to peel off a calendar page

A pot of water

Takes longer to boil

 

 

 

 

बहुत सवेरे

 

मैं गेट खोलने के लिए बाहर गया

और दो दुनियाओं के बीच

ठगा सा रह गया

 

 

 

 

Early Morning

 

Going out to open the gate

I feel dazed

Between two worlds

 

 

 

 

बागीचे में जाकर

 

जैसे ही मैने

खरपतवार हटाई

कुछ पहले ही आ गया सवेरा

 

 

 

 

Going into the Garden

 

As I pull out weeds

Dawn comes

Earlier

 

 

 

 

मेरे नहाने के बाद

 

आसमान का

मौसम बदल जाता है

मेगनोलिया* का पेड़ भी थोडा पुराना लग उठता है

After My Bath

 

The sky

Moves to another season
The magnolia* tree grows older

 

 

 

 

संयोग

 

कॉफ़ी का घूँट भरे-भरे

लोंगन* के पेड़ में मुझे एक चिड़िया का जोड़ा

प्रेम विहार करता नजर आता है

*लीची की तरह एक फल

 

 

 

 

Luck

 

Still with a mouthful of coffee

I see a pair of sparrows

Copulating in a longan* tree

 

 

 

 

एक कप सेब का जूस

 

पेय लेने के बाद

मैने पहाड़ियों की ओर देखा

कि सेब का पेड़ खिलखिला उठा है

 

 

 

 

A Cup of Apple Juice

 

After the drink

I look up to the hills

Apple trees begin to blossom

 

 

 

 

सेब खाते हुए

 

मैं पहले इसे ऊपर से खाता हूँ

फिर किनारे से

और अपने आप को युवा होते देखता हूँ

 

 

 

 

Eating an Apple

 

I bite on it vertically

Then horizontally

And see myself growing younger

 

 

 

 

चाय का एक घूँट

 

अभी गले में उतारा भी नही

और मुझे अमरूद की शाख

फलों से भरी दिखाई देती है

 

 

 

 

A Sip of Tea

 

Not yet swallowed

While I watch a branch of guava

Fructifying

 

 

 

 

कॉफ़ी का एक मग

 

मैने इसे अभी आधा ही पिया है

और मुझे हवा के चलने का इन्तजार है

जिससे डालियों में कुछ हलचल हो

 

 

 

 

A Cup of Coffee

 

I drink half of it

And wait for the wind

To shake all the branches

 

 

 

 

दीवार के पीछे से ड्रिल मशीन की आवाज

 

शायद मेरा पडोसी एक तस्वीर टांग रहा है

उसी जगह जहां मैं अपने घर में

लैम्प टांगता था

 

 

 

 

Sounds of Drilling Behind a Wall

 

Perhaps my neighbor is hanging a painting

At the very place in my house

Where I hang a lamp

 

 

 

 

टीवी देखते हुए सो जाना

 

मैं जागता हूँ और

लोगों को समन्दर किनारे बदन उघारे लेटे देखता हूँ

जबकि मैं तो कपड़ों में हूँ

 

 

 

 

Falling Asleep While Watching TV

 

I wake up

Seeing people laying on a beach

While I am fully clothed

 

 

 

 

ख्वाब में

 

मैं कई दौर से गुजरा

फिर भी

कभी परेशान नही हुआ

 

 

 

 

In a Dream

 

I have lived through many regimes

Yet

Never been bothered

 

 

 

 

रास्ता साफ़ करते हुए

 

बुहारने पर

जमीन साफ़ करते हुए

और पत्ते गिर भी सकते हैं

 

 

 

Clearing the Way

 

Sweeping

The ground clean

So more leaves can fall

 

 

 

 

धरती हिलती है

 

मैं फिर से बुहारता हूँ

सामने की सड़क

क्योंकि इससे गुजरते हैं बच्चे

 

 

 

 

Earth Shaking

 

I sweep again

The road in front

Children run through it

 

 

 

 

नाई की दुकान में

 

मुझे हवा की आवाज सुनाई देती है

पेड़ को फुनगी से जड़ तक

हाथों से सहलाते हुए

 

 

 

 

In a Barbershop

 

I hear the wind

Stroking in waves

From the roots to the top of a tree

 

 

 

 

गुजरतीं हुईं कारें

 

धूल से ढका

सडक किनारे गार्डेनिया*

एक मिट्टी की मूरत में तब्दील हो जाता है

 

*एक पेड़, जिसमें खूब सुगंधित सफेद या पीले फूल होते हैं।

 

 

 

 

Passing Cars

 

Covered with dust

A gardenia* on the side of the road

Turns into an earthen statue

 

 

 

 

जागना और देखना माली को

 

उन्होंने खूब पेड़ उगाये हैं

स्वयंसेवी मैं

उन्हें सींचने के लिए पानी इकट्ठा करता हूँ

 

 

 

 

Waking Up and Seeing Gardeners

 

They have cultivated more trees

I volunteer

To scoop water to irrigate.

 

 

 

 

आराम के पल

 

कबूतर

छत पर उतरे हैं

अपने खेल खेलने के लिए

 

 

 

 

Resting

 

Pigeons

Landing on the roof

Playing their games

 

 

 

 

एक हेयर स्टाइलिंग शॉप के सामने

 

मानो अंजीर की जड़ें

In Front of a Hair Styling Shop

 

Roots of a curtain fig drop

And swing

Beautifully in every way

 

 

 

 

एक झबरा बादल

 

ठहर जाता है जमीन पर

जहां एक मां

दूध पिला रही है अपने शिशु को

 

 

 

 

A Fluffy Cloud

 

Stops

On the ground where

A mother is breastfeeding her child

बागीचे में हर तरफ सूरज की

नई-नई सी रोशनी

मैं तंग दरवाजे के खुलने के इन्तजार में खड़ा हूँ

 

 

 

 

Unfamiliar Feeling

 

New sunlight

All over the garden

I stand up to narrow a door’s opening.

 

 

 

 

क्या इसका महत्त्व नहीं है

 

बहुत सारे लोग

रात आने का इंतजार करते हैं

पर मैं इतना बेपरवाह क्यों हूँ

 

 

 

 

Isn’t It the Moment

 

Many people

Wait for night to come

Why am I so unconcerned

नीता पोरवाल (15 जुलाई 1970) का जन्म उत्तर प्रेदश के अलीगढ़ शहर में हुआ| आगरा विश्वविद्यालय से अर्थशास्त्र में परास्नातकऔर फिर बी. एड. की उपाधि लेने के बाद आप अध्यापन करने लगीं| आप एक कवि और कथाकार होने के साथ अनुवादक भी हैं|बांगला बाउल गीतों और रवीन्द्रनाथ टैगोर की कविताओं के साथ-साथ देश-विदेश के अनेक कवियों और कथाकारों की रचनाओं कोआप हिंदी में रूपांतरित कर चुकीं हैं| बतौर अनुवादक विगत कई वर्षों तक कृत्या पत्रिका के साथ जुड़ीं रहीं| 2018 में चीनीकविताओं का ‘सौ बरस सौ कविताएँ (चीन की कविताओं में आधुनिकवाद)’ नामक चीनी कविता संग्रह आया जिसके लिए उनकीटीम को चीनी साहित्य के अनुवाद के लिए DJS Translation Award  प्राप्त हुआ है|






मेई वॉन फान (Mai Văn Phấn)

वियतनाम के विशिष्ट कवि मेई वॉन फान का जन्म 1955 में उत्तर वियतनाम के रेड रिवर डेल्टा, निन्ह बिन्ह में हुआ। वर्तमान में आपहेई फांग शहर में रहते हुए काव्य सृजन कर रहे हैं। आपने कई वियतनामी और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय साहित्यिक पुरस्कार अर्जित किये हैं,जिसमें 2010 में वियतनाम राइटर्स एसोसिएशन अवार्ड और 2017 में स्वीडन का साइकडा साहित्यिक पुरस्कार शामिल हैं। मेई वानफान अपनी मातृ भाषा में लिखते हैं। आपकी 16 काव्य पुस्तकें और 1 पुस्तक "क्रिटिक्स निबंध" पर प्रकाशित हो चुकीं हैं। आपकीकविताओं का 25 भाषाओं में अनुवाद हो चुका है वे भाषाएँ हैं : अंग्रेजी, फ्रेंच, रूसी, स्पेनिश, जर्मन, स्वीडिश, डच, अल्बानियाई,सर्बियाई, मैसेडोनियन, मोंटेनेग्रिन, स्लोवाक, रुमानियाई, तुर्की, उज़्बेक, कज़ाख, अरबी, चीनी, जापानी , कोरियाई, इंडोनेशियाई,थाई, नेपाली, हिंदी और बंगाली (भारत)।
